When you type something into Google, search the entire internet and at exact moment.instead it uses information it has already discovered and stored in its box.

 These are three main processes 

1 Crawling 

Google uses automated program called Google crawlers.
The Crawler visit webpags and follows link from one page to another. This helps Google discover new pages and changes to existing pages.

2 Indexing 

After Google discover a webpage,it analyzes the page and stores information about it in Google index. Google tries to understand things such as -:
* What the page is about.
* The words and topics on the page.
* Image and other contents.
* Whether the page appears useful and accessible.
This is why getting indexed is important. If Google hasn't indexed a page, that page generally won't appear in Google normal search results

3 Ranking 

When someone searches Google, Google looks through its index and determines which results are most useful and relevant to that particular site. 
A useful clean and trustworthy article can have a better chance of appearing although there is no guaranteed way to get the first position.
